Pricing questions
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
Top up characters at any time from your dashboard at 1 RWF / character — top-up balance rolls over and never expires. Or wait for the next monthly reset of your plan bucket.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Your monthly plan bucket resets each billing cycle — unused plan tokens don't roll over. Top-up characters are different: they sit in a separate wallet, roll over indefinitely, and only get drained after the plan bucket is empty.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period; no penalty, no questions. Enterprise contracts follow their signed terms.
Do you offer NGO / education discounts?
Yes — schools and deaf-community organizations get a 50% discount on Pro. Email sales@xendlylabs.com from an institutional address to request it.
What payment methods do you accept?
